6 days and counting...
Hello everyone. The Help Portrait event is almost here. In 6 days, people all over the world will come together to make the idea of Help Portrait a reality in their own cities and communities. In Northwest Arkansas, the response has been outstanding. Here are a few things to update you all on what's going on at the moment.
• T-shirts will be done this Tuesday. You may pick up the shirts at your volunteer meeting or on the day of the event at your respective locations.
• There are some volunteer meetings happening this week. They are as follows:
Rogers - Samaritan Community Center
Tuesday, December 8th | 6:30 P.M.
Bentonville - Bentonville Church of the Nazarene
Wednesday, December 9th | 7:00 P.M.
• Site Coordinators and planning committee will meet on Thursday to finalize last minute details and install printer drivers on the computers that will be printing the photographs.
• We still have some slots open for people to get their portraits made in our Rogers, Springdale and Siloam Springs locations. If you know of anyone in need, please contact kristen@novo-studio.com
• If you have signed up to participate and haven't heard from us, please email help.portrait.nwa@gmail.com. We will be finalizing everything this week and we would really hate to have left anyone out.
More updates coming, stay tuned.
